Nanzan Dojo adopts the following control measures for your safety:
Instructors will ventilate the space before, during and after classes where environmental conditions allow.
A HEPA Air Purifier will be in use during classes.
Hand Sanitiser is available for use.
Shoes are removed at the door.
Floors and surfaces will be cleaned regularly (at least daily).
Equipment used during classes will be cleaned/sanitised after each use.
Instructors may choose to wear a mask to reduce the risk of infection for themselves and class participants*.
Your responsibility:
Please do not come to class if you are sick.
Participants are not required to wear a mask but may be encouraged to do so if classes are full and there is regular close contact between participants.
Masks will be provided free of charge should you choose to wear one.
If you do wear a mask, please monitor your physical condition and remove if necessary.
Thank you sincerely for your cooperation.
* “Current evidence suggests that the virus spreads mainly between people who are in close contact with each other, typically within 1 metre (short-range). A person can be infected when aerosols or droplets containing the virus are inhaled or come directly into contact with the eyes, nose, or mouth. The virus can also spread in poorly ventilated and/or crowded indoor settings, where people tend to spend longer periods of time. This is because aerosols remain suspended in the air or travel farther than 1 metre (long-range).” (World Health Organisation)
